1/ Are the pastries gluten free?

None of our pastries are gluten free.

2/ Are the pastries contain nuts?

Some our pastries contain nuts. All of our pastries are made in a nut facility environment.

3/ Where are the pastries made?

Pâtisserie Vanessa bake fresh every single day and make everything from scratch.

Our commercial kitchen is located on 1590 Park Avenue.

4/ What is the best way to buy your pastries?

Through our website. A chat is available everyday from 9 a.m. to 5 p,m. if you have any questions, we will answer right away.

5/ What is your delivery zone?

We only deliver in Manhattan through Messenger. If you are outside Manhattan, you can always order our pastries from and get delivered 24-48 hours later.

6/ When do you delivery after we order?

We ask for a 24 hour notice.

7/ Do you deliver in Manhattan on week-ends?

Yes! We deliver Monday through Sunday.

8/ Can I receive my pastries the same day I ordered?

Because we care about the quality of our pastries, we cannot deliver the same day as we produce everything on the spot. This is why we have a 24 hour order notice.

9/ Will I receive an invoice with my delivery?

You will receive an email with confirmation of order on the day of the purchase.

10/ What can I do if I have a problem ordering on the website?

11/ Can I cancel my order?

We bake to order, from our oven to you! For this reason, placed orders may not be canceled. Please contact us at with your order information and we will do our best to accomodate.

12/ How can I store my pastries after receiving them?

Please refer to the website in the section of the pastry you are buying.

13/ Can I return the pastries after receiving?

We are taking back any pastries once they are delivered.

14/ How do I order for a special event, wedding or corporate account?
