In East Harlem, financiers, canelés, madeleines and other pastries are freshly baked everyday in Pâtisserie Vanessa's kitchen.
Vanessa always wanted to become an entrepreneur. She completed an intensive pastry training program near her hometown in Marseille. Coming back to New York with a dream, everything started when Vanessa enrolled in an Incubator program at Hot Bread Kitchen. From creating the recipes, doing the deliveries, getting new clients, and creating a concept, Vanessa wanted to pursue her dream and worked endless hours.
Patisserie Vanessa has now her own commercial kitchen since 2014 and deliver specialty French pastries every day!
